A Day at the Park
With the nice weather in TX we had a picnic and spent the day at the park with the whole family. This park has something for everyone. A playground that had a soft play spaces in case Kayla fell down. Tucker and Davey were happy as there is a Dog Park here too... What FUN!

Bubbles...
Kayla experienced bubbles for the first time over the Thanksgiving Holiday with Grammy and Pops. Kayla enjoyed the bubbles. We enjoyed watching Kayla experience them for the fist time.

Swing Me
Swing me Pops! Kayla is following in her Mom's footsteps and she LOVES to swing. It was a constant giggle fest.
First Drawing
We experimented with crayons and a big doodle pad. Kayla enjoyed drawing and is right handed so far. Thanks to Grammy for helping her!
Mr. Panda Bear
Skip, Gwen and Jon sent Kayla this bear for her birthday. Kayla cuddled with Mr. Panda and he now sleeps in her crib. Thanks Skip, Gwen and Jon.
We Took Kayla to the Zoo
We took Kayla to the zoo while my parents were here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was Kayla's first time seeing the lion's, tigers and Elephants...

At the Play Ground
Grandma and Pops took Kayla to our neighborhood play ground. We had such a good time. Kayla went down the slide on her own for the first time. It is so nice to have good weather over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Stir Crazy
We took my parents to Dough one of our favorite places for dinner. Of course there was a wait and Kayla gets impatient quickly.. ummm, wonder where she got that from??????????? So my Dad had the horrible task of walking up and down the strip mall with her to keep her happy. Dinner was fantastic and Kayla was perfect during dinner. After her pre dinner workout.
Kermit!
Thanksgiving 2011 came and went with a flash and again Grandma and Grandpa braved the skies to come to TX and see Kayla Lou. On their first morning baby sitting my Dad found Kermit in Kayla's play space. Kermit was my stuffed animal when I was a kid. I used to walk around with Kermmy wrapped around me just like Kayla did here.
side note: June I love Kayla's pajamas. They say "My daddy loves me, I am his princess" Just fantastic!

Kayla's Beauty Table
Grandma DeBlois was so kind to give Kayla her first beauty table. She especially likes to dunk the flowers in the dogs bowl. Maybe she thinks they are thirsty and need a drink. :0)

One for Ross
The things that we do to get Kayla to eat. We find that if you sing to Kayla she is distracted and more likely to eat. We sometimes get a little carried away but it is always worth a laugh and smile. In this singing clip Mike was teaching Kayla a little Hank Williams JR... Just for you Ross!

Kayla Likes to Take Pooh EveryWhere
Wake Up Sleepy Lou
This is Kayla's new trend when she wakes up. I find it funny that at night she likes to take her shirt half way off and her socks all the way off. She also likes to roll around with her blanket. She is super cute.
Play Time in November
Kayla is constantly on the go. She walks, crawls, rolls and plays all day. Kayla wants to explore everything and is starting to pitch a fit when she does not get her way.
