Here is the clothing that needed to be re-organized, ironed and put back in her closet.... I am not quite sure that Kayla has enough clothing. There was one load left in the dryer.. I just could not fit it on the futon.. :0)~

Playing On the Couch

Now that Kayla has mastered the art of crawling. She is adding to it. By crawling with something in her hand. She generally picks Mylo her fav stuffed dog but today she picked the learning bug.

NEW TOY!

I have been in search for this "rollercoster" toy below. I read they are great for development and kids love to play with them. You may have seen them in Dr. Offices. How I found the real name was by googleing on "Dr office toys". Who would have thought.. THANKS DEB. Come to find out they are called rollercosters. Which makes sense after I heard it. Strangely enough we checked out the Boarders that was closing near us and they had one!!!! Super mark down and I ran over and put my name on it! Mike is still not sure what the excitement was about but man I was excited.

Waking Up at 11 Months

Morning time sure has changed over the past 11 months. This is what I wake up to every weekend morning. I am not entirely sure why but the best part for me is walking into her room and seeing her little hand grab on to the crib as she pulls herself up. So Cute!

Lets Go See Maxwell

Kayla is taking a lot of trips around the house these days. She is particularly interested in Maxwell and his food dish. Thankfully, we have a gate to keep the dogs out of Maxwell's space.. it is also good for a crawling baby!

I cannot get Kayla to sleep on her back anymore. She sleeps like this all night her poor knees are all red in the morning....

Crawl to Me

Kayla is zipping away on all fours. She loves to crawl to me once she spots me and climb up to a standing position using my legs for support. The best part of the clip below is the end you get a close of her Miss Lou.. :0)

New Toys for Kayla

Kayla has some new toys to play with. Lots of new interactive, singing, number counting and pop up bubble faces. There is a lot of small motor skill practice going on and Kayla is having a blast.

Swimming at the Pool

Kayla loves to kick and play swim at the pool. Her other new thing is holding on to the side of the pool and peering over to see what is going on.. She cannot miss anything.
